Return Policy

Due to the heavy and agricultural nature of our organic products, Viyogan Organics does not accept physical returns. All sales are final. However, we are committed to the quality of our soil and compost products and will gladly resolve any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues (Replacements & Refunds)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Instead of shipping the heavy product back to us, we use a simple digital verification process.

To start a claim, please email us at support@viyoganorganics.com with the following details:

1. Your order number.

2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

3. A picture of the shipping label on the package.

Resolution Process

Once we receive your email and inspect the photo/video evidence, we will notify you of the approval of your claim. If approved, you will have the choice between:

 A direct, free replacement shipped to you at no additional cost.

 A full refund automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exception for High-Value Items

For specific high-value items or large-scale orders, a physical return may be required before a refund or replacement can be authorized. In these special cases, Viyogan Organics will fully arrange and cover the cost of the return courier. Our team will schedule a pickup directly from your location, and the product must be returned to our Gobichettipalayam facility in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of claim approval. Once we receive and physically inspect the items, your final refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
